Common Questions
How does the no risk trial work?
If you cancel a paying advertising plan within 1 month of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. All payments are taken in arrears, so 1 month after you sign up the first payment is taken. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you can do so with only 1 months notice, so at most 1 month's charge will be due. Refunds can not be issued as all charges are made in arrears.
Can I change advertising plans at any time?
Yes. Simply log in to your plan and you’ll see your options. You can upgrade to gain more exposure, or downgrade to a free plan.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the 1 month's notice period, but you won’t be billed again after that. No cancellation charges, no set-up fees.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept credit or debit cards. We do not accept PayPal at this time, but plan to. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone. When you first set up a plan, we simply authorise £1 on your card, but no payment is taken until 1 month later.

Can you help us with the banner artwork?
Yes we can and at no charge. If you have any artwork on file you can email it to us and we'll assist producing a banner. Our banners are standard IAB medium rectangles at 300px × 200px in .tif, .gif, .png or .jpeg. They can be up to 40k in size, and with a recommended limit of 15 secs animation.
